Young Leaders Collective brings ambitious young people together at some of Britain's most respected institutions, across Easter and Summer 2027, to build the confidence, character and connections that leadership demands.
Who we are
Young Leaders Collective creates exceptional educational experiences for ambitious young people from around the world. Our premium programmes combine inspiring learning, leadership development, cultural discovery and meaningful international friendships in some of the UK's most prestigious locations. More than a summer programme, we give young people the confidence, curiosity and skills to broaden their horizons, find their voice and become the leaders of tomorrow.
Young Leaders Collective is part of the UKLC Education Group, drawing on over 25 years of residential programme expertise. Our full brochure is on its way. In the meantime, this is where the collective will gather.

Easter Programme
Spring Boarding School Experience
15 hours of English lessons alongside excursions into Caversham, Oxford and London, British sports and evening activities. Full-board accommodation is provided.
Summer Programmes
Discover London
15 hours of English lessons per week alongside a range of full-day and half-day excursions, London exploration and evening activities. Full-board accommodation is provided.
Summer Boarding Experience
15 hours of English lessons per week alongside four full-day excursions, British sports, electives and evening activities. Full-board accommodation is provided.
Discover Cambridge
15 hours of English lessons per week alongside a range of full-day and half-day excursions, Cambridge Exploration, Workshops and evening activities. Full-board accommodation is provided.
Students experience an immersive, intensive, international programme, combining exceptional English language tuition with a broad range of exciting electives and premium excursions to some of the UK's favourite destinations, including Oxford and London. Students will improve their language proficiency and progress academically, and develop creativity, confidence, leadership and teamwork, alongside the ability to live and learn alongside many different nationalities as part of a boarding community.
